3) How can I save shipping fee? It seems high.
A: If you have your own cooperated forwarders in China, we will bear shipping fee for you. (Just choose China address when placing order, the shipping cost will show "0")
If you don't have forwarders cooperated, you can fill in your own address when placing order, there would be dozens of different shipping methods for your choice. We have established long-term cooperation with forwarders and won't make profits from shipping fee. Please rest assured to choose them.
4) Q: What's the guarantee?

8) Q: What can we do if there is any missing in cargo?
A: Some forwarders will cut down carton to reduce size and save shipping cost. If they take out the items, there would be some missing. We won't allow our cooperated forwarders to do that. If you have your own forwarder, please ask them not to do that either. Generally our packing is tight.
Meanwhile, some countries' customs house would open cartons to check cargo, they would take out some items and keep in hand. Please let us know and we'll offer more suggestions for that issue.
